SHIPPING

Q. Can you ship merchandise that you have in store?
A. The majority of our items can be purchased by phone and shipped out promptly! We will ship anywhere within the continental US. 

To purchase an item to be shipped, simply call the location desired and we will be happy to assist you.  

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Q. Can I purchase a gift certificate to the Shoppes of Five Fish.
A. Our Five Fish gift certificates can be used at any of our three stores! They can be issued in any amount of your choice.

 To purchase a gift certificate, call any of our locations and we will be happy to assist you!

 

RETURNS

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Being a small, “Mom & Pop” business, our policy is exchange or store credit with the receipt within 30 days of purchase.  Items must be in new, re-sellable condition and have original tags attached.  All “sale” merchandise is a final sale.

Exceptions can be made for gifts and specific circumstances. For damaged items, contact us to hear about each specific brand’s warranty.
